Hi, I’m Alicia, the baker behind Sweet Delights by Alicia.

What started as a simple love for baking quickly grew into a passion for creating beautiful, handcrafted treats that bring joy to every celebration. I bake from my home kitchen here in Dubbo, NSW, where every cupcake, cookie and cake is made in small batches to ensure the highest quality, freshness, and flavour.

I put care into every step of the process from mixing and baking, to piping the perfect swirl, adding the final touches, and packaging each order with love. My goal is to make every treat feel special, whether it’s a single cupcake to brighten someone’s day or a whole box for a birthday, event, or gift.

I specialise in loaded cookies, cupcake boxes, sugar cookies loaded brownies, and custom cakes designed to suit birthdays, baby showers, work events, and everyday sweet cravings. With a growing range of flavours, I aim to offer something for everyone including gluten-free and dairy-free choices.

Because everything is baked to order, all purchases are enquiry only. Once you submit an enquiry form, I’ll personally check availability, go through your order details, and confirm pricing, pick-up times, and any custom requests.
